I live with my husband, my 6 yo old daughter and our dog!
I and husband both work in Healthcare. We Need help for our daughter mainly, and hoping for a nanny to come in at least 10 -15 days in a month (around my schedule) to get my child ready and drop off to school and after school pick up.
We could also use help with light household work related to the child.
We can definitely talk of more stable weekly schedule with full time work hours if someone is looking for that.
The most important is that we find someone reliable, trustworthy and loving/caring for my daughter. She is my entire world!

Currently 24 weeks pregnant and I work full time from home. When I have the baby at the end of the year, I will be off on maternity leave until May 19th. Ideally we would have someone who can help with the kids and then during naps help clean up kid toys and any dishes that may have occurred during the day.
I work at home, so sometimes the separation is harder but ideally this person would keep nick busy enough to not realize mommy is home also.
