We would like someone to help with the baby and toddler for the most part. The older kids can be instructed and they pretty much take care of themselves.
We would like someone that could pickup and drop off kids at camps or school when necessary. Also someone that can help get kids lunch or dinner.
We would like someone that can have flexible hours and would be willing to work on weekends when events come up or for business dinners during the week.
Tripp is the baby 8 weeks old today. Avielle is the youngest girl at 15 months old. Palin is our big girl at 7 years old and she’s very smart. She attends Merrol Hyde Magnet School and loves playing sports. She also loves to help around the house and play with her little sister. Ethan is our 12 hr old boy and he’s an over achiever. He wants to please everyone and he strives for recognition. He will help with anything we ask him to do and he is so polite . Colin is our oldest at 14. He loves basketball and playing with his friends. He needs some direction but is capable of doing so much to help with the younger kids.

We are a loving family seeking a reliable, energetic, and trustworthy nanny to join our household. Both mom and dad work remotely, so we’ll be home during the day and value someone who is comfortable working alongside parents in a collaborative and respectful environment.
Our family includes Aioli, our cockapoo, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable around dogs. We also have a 3-year-old son with food allergies (nuts and eggs). Mom and dad will handle meal prep, but we may occasionally ask for assistance during busy workdays.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a nanny with great energy who loves planning engaging, educational activities for toddlers. The right candidate will be patient, proactive, and enthusiastic about creating a nurturing, stimulating environment for our son.
Responsibilities:
Assist with light childcare-related tasks:
Putting away the child’s laundry weekly
Cleaning up the child’s dishes after snack and meal times
Changing the child’s bedsheets weekly
Vacuuming the child’s room weekly
Engage our son in fun, educational activities
Be attentive to our son’s allergies and communicate any concerns
Collaborate with parents when needed
Schedule:
This position guarantees 25 hours weekly, but additional hours may be added depending on work schedules. Flexibility is a plus, as weekly hours may be adjusted to accommodate changing needs.
Trial Period:
This role will begin with a paid trial period to ensure we are a good fit for one another. After the trial period, we’ll discuss continuing the role if both parties feel comfortable and happy.
Requirements:
Comfortable working in a home with parents present
Must love dogs
Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy
Experience with toddlers preferred
Bonus: References from previous families or roles
If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we’d love to hear from you!
