We are looking for an experienced babysitter/nanny to look after and care for our baby on a reoccurring basis. We are looking for approx 3 days a week (Monday and Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Friday 11:30 a.m. until approximately 10 p. m). Some flexibility on time. Mostly need someone to watch over my son so that I can attend appointments, run errands, and get some housework and cooking done. And for my Husband and I to go out to dinner Friday nights.
Our Son is 15 weeks old right now. And we’d love someone experienced to look after our baby.
About our Son; he is 15 weeks old right now. He is bottle-fed breast milk at this time. He has a condition called laryngomalacia. So our boy is a noisy breather and will be having surgery in the near future. He is otherwise healthy. I'd love someone experienced to look after our baby.
As our baby grows and gets older I would also value anyone experienced in baby-led weaning/introducing solids (when the time comes). This is sometimes I'm excited for. Also any sensory play ideas as he gets older.

Light housekeeping to possibly include dishes, mopping, vacuuming, or cleaning bathrooms. English speaking. Need help with authoritative parenting and lessening the yelling in the house. Our 6 year old is struggling with pooping in the toilet due to some GI problems and occasionally has peeing accidents, when she has a pull-up on because of softer bowel movements. We struggle with her lying about being poopy when we can smell it and even after we’ve checked her and see it. We have a battle of wills with her quite often over it. I may need to leave the kids alone with the nanny for 30-40 minutes twice a week, in the evening, while I pick up my neighbor’s kids from daycare for him.
