A little bit about me

My name is Kelsey and I'm 25 years old, I'm excited to say I have a lot of different experience. I started with my family friends aged between 4-5 and as I got older I began working with younger ages from 4 weeks-12 months+. Since then I have babysat a number of kids of all ages. At 18 I worked in an educational daycare academy, in the infant and Toddlers room. From that job, I have taken a children's nutrition class, illness awareness class, child safety class, etc. I am also CPR and AED certified, and certified for infants as well.

A little bit about me

I am a mother of three grown children and a Registered Nurse with 35 years experience. Last year I stepped away from bedside nursing following the pandemic. I have provided safe and compassionate care to individuals of all ages (newborn to elderly.) I was gifted three small humans that I raised to be successful individuals. I understand the challenges and stresses related to finding appropriate care for children. I would love the opportunity to be a caregiver for your family. I would bring experience, compassion, humor, and structure to your household.

On Nanny Lane, you can find a housekeeping nanny in Las Vegas, NV. Our nanny services include background checks, a hiring agent, and nanny payroll. Start by posting a profile with a job description and then, you can start talking to candidates about your housekeeping nanny position.

Common Responsibilities of Housekeeper Nannies in Las Vegas, NV

When evaluating if a housekeeping nanny is right for your family, it’s important to consider what makes housekeeping nannies distinct from nannies. Both a housekeeping nanny and a nanny are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment. These responsibilities can include organizing activities, preparing meals, handling child-related errands as well as others. However, a housekeeping nanny usually takes on cleaning and maintenance for the entire home and family. In contrast, a nanny focuses exclusively on cleaning for the children such as the playroom, children's laundry, etc. A housekeeping nanny offers these services to the entire home and family, including laundry, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, and vacuuming.

A housekeeping nanny can be a full-time, part-time, or live-in position. It is essential to take these factors into account when determining how much you should pay a housekeeping nanny.

We recommend running a background check on the candidates for your housekeeping nanny position at this point. You should provide a job offer that is dependent upon the results of the background check.

When you present your job offer create a safe place for your housekeeping nanny to ask any questions. Once the details are finalized, you can create a contract for your housekeeping nanny. Through the process of creating and discussing the job offer and contract, you’re building the foundation for a good relationship with your nanny where you both can ask questions and hold each other accountable.
