A little bit about us

Hi! We are looking for a full-time nanny for our awesome boy/girl twins, age 2.5. We are seeking a kind caregiver that can commit to M-F 8am - 4:30pm, to start as soon as possible until mid-August. I often work from home (home office) a few days a week and have a flexible schedule. The kiddos are on fairly routine schedule for play/nap time.

We live in a small subdivision in Belforest where we love spending time outside, a caregiver that has appreciation for this is a plus! ☀️ Pay is weekly and happy to discuss with the right person. Must have references and prior nannying/child care experience. If this interests you, please feel free to send a message or comment below! 💬

A little bit about us

Amelia is 7 months old and I am planning to go back to work in August. I would need a full time nanny to watch her and to pick up my six year old from school three miles away and watch her until we get home from work. My girls are sweet and loving. Amelia and Addie both enjoy naps and cuddling. My husband and I are both working hard to give them a good life and would like to find someone willing to love them while we are at work. I am flexible on the pay and if you can't get Addie from school we are open to sending her to after school care but that will effect the pay a bit. We live at the end of a road where there is a sidewalk in either direction for miles so it makes going for walks easy! We hope to find someone that is a good fit! Tuesday to Friday is when we need someone from roughly 8:30 to 5:15.

A little bit about us

Currently a stay at home mom looking for a nanny to watch our 13 month old ( in our home) for date nights or errands. Prefer someone who has been vaccinated! We have one small puppy in the house Iggy Smalls. Shitzu (hypoallergenic) Needing someone playful and experienced as he is an only child who has only been in my care and isn't use to others. Do not have a specific schedule. Eventually I am trying to go back to work so could possibly have more hours available. He loves going outside and being read to.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Daphne, AL

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Daphne, AL

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Daphne, AL? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
