A little bit about us
5yr old is going into Kindergarten in August. I’d like to keep a structured routine with activities for learning. We live out to ourselves on a farm. I have the house child proof and activities also willing to purchase materials to help you explore creativity. Looking for a positive, upbeat person to care for our babies. I work from home.. most of the time however, my job does require I go to Huntsville throughout the month. My husband works in Chattanooga and is able to be home kind of early to relieve sitter, that’s not always the case though. When school is back in session I will need sitter at the house by 7am so I can take the eldest to school and can get back to the house asap to clock in for work. I will need assistance for pick up at 2:30 (for the times my husband can’t help) I keep the house stocked with variety of snacks and we are on the healthier side to offer but sitter is welcome to any and all food/drinks. We would require DL info to add you to our vehicle insurance along with A signature contract, stating dollar amount for IRS purposes.

What is an Infant Nanny in Flat Rock, AL

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position
Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:
- What is your specific experience with this age group?
- Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Flat Rock, AL? Are you willing to be trained?
- How do you handle a crying baby?
- How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
- What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
- How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
- What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?
You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
