A little bit about us

Looking for a part-time experienced nanny M-Th from 2-7 p.m. (flexible on hours- a slightly later start time would be ok). Primary responsibility will be for our wonderful 8-year-old boy who has a rare metabolic disorder. Non-verbal, non-mobile with development delays and CVI. Must be able to help with lifting (he's around 50 pounds), bathing, feeding, and be comfortable giving medication. In addition to caring for our 8-year-old, we also have a 4-year-old boy and an infant girl. Mom is home with all kids so it would require working in tandem as a team to meet the needs of all of the children. Looking for someone special who has lots of energy, is detail oriented, and can help make our lives run smoothly in a high paced setting.

A little bit about us

We had our first son, Liam, in August 2020 and looking for a nanny willing to do a nanny share starting in the middle to end of January 2022 when my wife's maternity leave ends. The nanny share would involve our son and we're looking for another nearby family to join our nannyshare where we'd alternate the host house weekly for the 2 children to be watched simultaneously.

Liam is overall a happy boy who sleeps well and is mostly bottle fed.

We are looking for a longterm nanny whose experienced and comfortable with caring for infants.

We are looking for a nanny Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30. Additional needs include being COVID vaccinated, being comfortable with pets (we have two dogs), a non-smoker, and having a reliable car.

A little bit about us

We are looking for a part time nanny for our twins, one boy and one girl, who were born in June 2026. The right candidate should be comfortable supporting multiples, kind, caring, responsible, a good driver and comfortable around large dogs (we have a friendly golden retriever/great pyrenees mix). We’d love to hire a nanny who will play with the children both inside and outside of our home. We are currently flexible on days/times and welcome the opportunity for this to become a full time position later this fall/year for the right candidate.

We are based in Concord, MA with plenty of space for parking and rooms for play / engagement with the children.

A little bit about us

We have two girls aged 4 and 3 months. We're looking for a nanny for just our younger daughter. Someone with foreign language skills would be a bonus but definitely not a must-have. Experience with infants who are not a big fan of bottle feeding a plus!

What is an Infant Nanny in Concord, MA

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Concord, MA? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
