My husband and I are excited to find a nanny to begin on March 11th for our 4.5-year-old and soon to be 3 month old boys, building a nurturing environment that encourages development. We have non-corporate jobs, which means we need a nanny who can thrive in a dynamic schedule. Our home is in Grafton, and the nanny will work approximately 28 hours a week, including mornings and afternoons with flexible schedules, offering an opportunity to make a lasting impact. Our 4.5yr old is in preschool 9-3 Monday-Thursday and Fridays 12:30-3 so he will need to be dropped off and picked up periodically if not every day.
The hours are as follows

Wednesday-Thursday mid afternoon (not sure exactly as my work schedule is changing) roughly 11-5 or 12-6

We would love for the 1 year old to have in-home care Mondays and Fridays, and he will be in day care the other 3 days/week. The 2.5 year old will be in day care 5 days/week. We have two boys - a 3-year-old and 3-month-old. The 3-year-old goes to daycare full time (830-3) 5 days a week. We are looking for a nanny 3 days/week Mon/Tues/Thurs. You would start in the morning around 7 to help get our toddler ready, and bring him to school. You would take care of our infant for the day and pick up our toddler in the afternoon.
