Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM. Guaranteed hours.
Pay: $18-22/hr depending on experience, plus paid time off, paid holidays, and raises as our family grows. Paid trial day.
Role: Daily care, activities, and meals for the girls; supporting early milestones; tidying up after them and children's laundry; lots of outdoor time year-round. No driving the kids, no housekeeping beyond the children. Optional live-in arrangements for the right match.
You: References + background check, CPR/First Aid (or willing to get it), valid license and reliable vehicle, non-smoker, happy outdoors in all seasons.
