As far as days and hours our schedule is not set. My wife is a nurse and she works two days a week and every third weekend. Tends to be Monday, Wednesday or Tuesday, Thursday. My mother watches them one day a week. We would communicate schedule as she is scheduled out for three months ahead of time.
We have one English Golden Retriever but he's about the easiest going dog there is. Most day we will take him to daycare so no need to worry about him.
