Seeking Exceptional Post Birth Doula/Nanny for 6 week position. Part time *Schedule is somewhat flexible* Hi! I am due with baby #4, our first daughter, in January! We have 3 wonderful and wild boys, a 6 year old, and 3 year old twins. They play exceptionally well together, and are kind and loving boys. I am hoping to find someone who can be present with my 6 year old during my home birth with my amazing team of midwives. Twins will most likely be with my mum, but my 6 year old is very excited to be present at baby sisters birth :) *Must have experience attending births.* We are looking for help with childcare (picking up the twins from morning school), as well meal prep/clean up for my husband and I as well as our 3 picky eaters, someone who can help with laundry/house upkeep, making sure I am getting rest & nourishment during the early days with our new baby. A warm, first-time family is seeking a loving, attentive newborn care nanny to join their home starting November 1st, 2026. Above all, this role is about love and care for their new baby, and the family is looking for someone who brings genuine warmth, patience, and dedication to that role.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 7/8am to 5/6pm. Mom works in an office nearby, and Dad works hybrid and is home for much of the week, so this is a household where a caregiver will often be working alongside an involved, present family rather than fully solo.
Responsibilities center on all duties related to caring for the new baby. Helping with the baby's laundry and occasionally the parents' laundry is a bonus but not required, and light meal prep for the baby will become part of the role down the line once solids are introduced. Candidates should be comfortable navigating stairs regularly and comfortable around dogs, as the family has a golden retriever in the home. A willingness to travel and a valid passport are considered a bonus, not a requirement.
The ideal candidate is up to date on standard vaccinations, including Tdap and MMR, has a clean driving record, and is comfortable driving the baby as needed. This is an educated household that values education, and the family is looking for a candidate who reflects that same thoughtfulness and care. The family is open to a nationwide search but is not offering relocation assistance at this time.
