You would be helping out by doing pickups , keeping them occupied (playing, learning,
activities, snacking, TV, getting ready for bed etc) while I work second shift . It is a plus to have someone who may be willing to occasionally help out with some light
cooking/cleaning for/with the girls and available for overnight care some nights I’m working overtime!
Feel free to message me any additional questions & to hopefully arrange meeting and getting Started !

We have 1 dog named Sherpa who loves people, but is a bit excited when she meets new folks so we'd want you to feel comfortable with pets to be comfortable in our home!
We are looking for help that can start with a few hours per day in July, move to part-time for August and work up to full-time by September. We are looking for someone who can help us until next May when Beau starts preschool.
My husband and I work in tech and tend to work adjusted hours for our jobs so we'd be looking for support from 8am to 3/4pm during our full-time schedule.
We are looking for caregivers who:
- have experience working with infants and feel comfortable with the transition from milk to solid foods
- take an active interest in play and will work with Beau to support his development and curiosity by doing interesting activities or exploring the outside.
- can partner with us to support a healthy eating and sleeping schedule that meets Beau's needs.
- can assist in light housework, related to Beau: doing his laundry, washing his food items and dishes.
- is vaccinated for Covid19 (and boosted), the Flu and TDAP
You do not need to care for our dog, Sherpa, but she will inevitably want to hang out with you so being comfortable with dogs is a must. You do not need to do housework for us as we can take care of that!
We are looking to schedule interviews and meet & greets for the beginning of July. We look forward to meeting you!

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Bolingbrook, IL
If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.
What is an Infant Nanny in Bolingbrook, IL
An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.
Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position
Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:
- What is your specific experience with this age group?
- Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Bolingbrook, IL? Are you willing to be trained?
- How do you handle a crying baby?
- How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
- What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
- How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
- What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?
You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
