A little bit about us

Hello we have 4 kids and looking for someone to come to the house to watch them. The kids are loving, full of energy, and will definitely keep you on your toes. I work 2 miles from home Monday - Friday from 8a-5p (there are a few nights I work later but my husband or in-laws can be at home to let you go). No major duties need to be done around the house, just pick up after yourself. I have a dog and cat also who are super sweet and loving. They can be put up during the day or you can keep them out. Whatever you prefer.

A little bit about us

Need someone who can come to my house and watch over my kids for about 4 hours on Monday and Wednesday. Friday about 5am-2:30p estimate
My kids are still very young. My toddler loves to play but will play independently for the most part. My infant is 5 months old and is a very happy calm baby. Nap routine with my toddler is 12p until he wakes. And my infant doesn’t have a solid nap routine because she is so young but will nap.
I have a play room and cable. I allow my toddler to watch cartoons. The only meal my son eats big is breakfast which would be Friday’s. Housekeeping is NOT expected. If my house ends up messy it just means my toddler had fun and played so I don’t mind. lunch would be pre-made.
I do have cameras in both kids rooms with monitor. Is connected to mine and dads phones) that will be accessible for naps.

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. What is an Infant Nanny in Albion, IN

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Albion, IN? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
