A little bit about us

I am a therapist! I work with kids primarily. Love what I do. I make my own hours so I’m the most flexible person to work with. We have a dog named poppy and she’s the sweetest (40lbs, mixed rescue)
I have an 18 mo old baby boy who’s just the happiest dude. Baby boy #2 coming in march! Need a nanny share. Don’t want to send my oldest to daycare with a newborn at home because of the excessive sicknesses that come and go there. Ideally would love a nanny share to split cost but also for my son to stay social!

A little bit about us

I am looking for someone to pick my kids up from school give them dinner and get them ready for bed 3 times a week! Fridays will be a bit longer than mondays or wednesdays.

The baby is suuuper easy she rarely ever cries I always joke she’s the best behaved out of the 3. The twins basically will just play in their rooms and watch tv when they get home after dinner. Bed time is 8pm on school nights and 9/10pm on fridays &Saturday’s. Basically you’re just expected to give them the dinner I’ve already prepared in the fridge (fridays I’ll order pizza) and keep them from messing up my house lol. Nothing too strenuous.

It would be Monday & Wednesday from 3pm to 7pm and then Fridays from 3pm to 11pm.

A little bit about us

Hello! I'm looking for a reliable trust worthy person that has experience working with kids. Experience with special needs kids is a plus but not necessary! At this time I'm working overnights but I'm looking to transition to daytime hours once I find a reliable babysitter. My kids ages 7 months and 3 years old go to daycare Monday-Friday. I will need someone to help me drop them off at daycare when I work early. At times I may also need help picking them up from daycare and watching them for a few hours roughly 5pm-8:30pm the latest. Occasional weekends if up to it may be needed but not required if you can't do it. My schedule is not set as of right now but it'll become more consistent as we get closer to summer.
The only thing that is required is to look after my kids and care for their needs. No need to cook or clean (unless they made a mess). They are very friendly, loving children who enjoy being around people and indulging in children's activities.

Looking for a nanny that is OK taking care of a newborn baby for a few hours twice a week. I’d like to go back to work but most of the time I’m working from home and I’m a full-time student so I just need it for a few days my other children attend daycare, but I do not want my daughter going into a daycare because my kids have had RSV before so I’m looking for somebody who is CPR certified and knows what they’re doing. Would prefer someone with experience with little ones as I’m very anxious about SIDS Which I’ll be providing an outlet sock to monitor breathing. I would like if someone can travel to my home and watch my daughter from 10 AM until about 1 PM twice a week to start may add in more days according to my work schedule but I will not know that until after April 2025, so I’m looking for someone to start May 2025.

We are a new family of three with an amazing baby girl named Charlotte. We are looking into hiring a nanny to help us with Charlotte a few days a week. I work from home so I will be here. We are looking for someone about 3 days a week Wednesday - Friday in the afternoons. We do have a dog but no additional care is needed for her. Having a flexible schedule would be a plus as my husband's schedule changes from week to week.

She needs someone who is enthusiastic, responsible, caring, experienced with infants and fun to play with! I am looking for someone who is experienced with infants, nonsmoker and CPR and First Aid certified. The only responsibilities this person will have are to take care of her, and feed her breakfast, AM snack, lunch and PM snack. I will prep her meals and get her washed and dressed in the morning before my departure.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in New Bedford, MA

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in New Bedford, MA

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in New Bedford, MA? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
