Looking for a nanny March-August for 2 adorable kids. Hours would vary but we can guarantee 36 hours a week. Start time would be 7am. You would primarily have our son for the first 3 months and then both children the next 3 months. Our daughter will be back and forth from summer camps so transportation is required. We are a laid back easy going family that works hard and are looking for someone to love on our two kids like they are their own:)

Hi! We're looking for fun, creative, loving nanny for our three kiddos. We have a 3 year old daughter and 9 month old boy/girl twins.

We need care a couple days a week for 4-6 hours. Days and start and end times are super flexible!

My husband works outside of our home and will typically be home no later than 5:30.

No household duties necessary besides child related messes and child meal prep.

Would prefer someone with a background in childcare, previous experience and CPR certified and vaccinated. Non smoker and has reliable transportation.

A little bit about us

We are looking for a nanny for our infant, who will be almost 8 months when this role starts. We are looking someone to start around September 19, and the hours would be 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, for a total of 35 hours per week (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day). At this time, there will be no end to this position. Please note that my job is fully remote so I will be in the house when you are there. Requirements: Experience taking care of infants, comfortable with dogs (our medium sized dog loves to be around our infant so you will have to interact with him too), have your own transportation, non-smoker, fully COVID vaccinated and can help with light house-keeping & infant's laundry.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Weymouth, MA

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Weymouth, MA

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Weymouth, MA? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
