A little bit about us

Looking for help with our new son due in October. I commute to work part-time and work with my husband part-time. I need someone with a flexible schedule for helping with out newborn son so I am able to continue work.

I work two part time jobs. One in Columbus and one here. I am into my fitness and cooking and having someone to help with the baby so I am able to continue and keep that as apart of my lifestyle is important.

We do have 2 cats. One is an old cat that keeps to himself and the other cat is a Sphynx that is VERY friendly and personable.

My husband works 5 minutes down the road and I commute to Columbus so he would be avaible in case of an emergency.

My father in law lives across the street but he also works full time but could be available if needed.

I do have a 12 year old boy that is in middle school. He is self sufficient for the most part. I only have him every other week.

Please reach out for questions!

I'm looking for a part-time nanny for my 8 week old daughter. I work from home and would like someone who can watch her 3-4 days a week for 4-6 hours while I get work done. I can be very flexible with number of days and hours (although must stay within 8am to 6pm). Ideally some combination that would give me 18-24hrs a week to work.

We have two wonderful boys. Bentley (2.5) loves to be outside and exploring. He loves trucks, Spider-Man and paw patrol. Waylon goes with the flow as his brother plans the day. We need someone from around 6am -6 pm two to three days a week. You’d be responsible for obviously feeding and changing the boys helping with potty training Bentley. As well as playing with them, laying them down for naps and cleaning up any messes made throughout the day. We just want the boys to be safe and happy

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Springfield, OH

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Springfield, OH

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Springfield, OH? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
