A little bit about us

I am looking for care for my 4 year old son. Jude is a four-year-old little boy who has level three autism and he is also non-verbal. I’m looking for Monday through Friday care for him while I work from home. I do travel some. I’m looking for structured curricular activities for him during the day as well as structured play to help with his autism so that we can continue working on speech, advancement with strengthening his coordination of his gross and fine motor skills. He is working on potty training. It is pretty good about queuing when he has to go to the bathroom.

A little bit about us

I have a 4 year old son who will attend preschool three half days a week, a two year old daughter who will attend preschool one half day per week, and a newborn girl who is due at the end of September. I will be on maternity leave with her through December, so care will not be needed for her until January.

We are needing someone with transportation capabilities to take the kids to preschool. Nanny sharing is an option. Both my husband and I are teachers, so there will be a few weeks of breaks where care is not needed. Hours will be approximately 8-4:30 (unless it's a professional development day, then hours may vary.)

We do have one cat in the house who keeps to himself.

A little bit about us

Hi! We are a family that likes to stay at home. My wife works from home, and I run a business where I get to be at home quite often as well. We are looking for a nanny to mostly be at our house while we are doing our normal daily chores, but hoping that we will have the ability to get out too from time to time. We are hoping to find someone who could be around 2 hours a day, 3-5 days a week.

Adrienne, our daughter, is a great kid, never cries during the day, and is the cutest kid you have ever seen (alright, I may be biased)!

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Springboro, OH

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Springboro, OH

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Springboro, OH? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
