Since looking before I’ve had another baby and in need of a nanny ASAP! We are looking for someone to come and relieve mom & dad between shifts. Mom works mornings from home and dad working a rotating shift outside of the home. Zaire is 4 months and Zavy is 2 years old. Zai is breastfed so knowledge of breastmilk is a plus! If not, no biggie I can teach you the ropes. We’re currently in Toledo but looking to relocate here soon.
We are needing someone 3pm-6pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. Random date nights and time at the gym will be added.
Again I will be home or dad will for the most part unless something comes up, or scheduled day comes up all parties agree too.
We work with a calendar app that records everything and updates in real time. So we would need you to download that and see all updates through it.
Background check and (2) references are a must.

We are looking for a great nanny to assist with our two daughters (6m and 3y) while I work from home. We would prefer someone who could help out with some homeschooling/play, light housekeeping and meal preparation for our daughters. We would also prefer a nanny who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. Spanish speaking is a big plus!!

About the job: Wednesdays from 9:30am - 4pm EST, and some Mondays from 9am - 5pm. Pay is negotiable, but we're looking at around $16-$18 per hour for about 7-8 hours per day.
Expectations: Clean background check. Engaging with Cooper (very little screen time, please). Reliable transportation to/from our home in South Toledo. Friendly, mature, responsible disposition. Ability to do light housework (dishes, throw in some laundry).
A little about Cooper: Cooper is the sweetest, happiest baby. He has an even temperament and loves to smile, laugh, go outside, and do tummy time. He is 5.5 months old and growing fast!
About our family: I work remotely for a marketing company, and will be home to provide assistance/support throughout the day as needed. My husband, Tom, and I are pretty laid back :) I love to read, be outside, and play piano/sing in a local band!
Please note that we do have two cats who are very friendly.
We look forward to meeting you! Thank you!

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Toledo, OH
If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.
What is an Infant Nanny in Toledo, OH
An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.
Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position
Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:
- What is your specific experience with this age group?
- Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Toledo, OH? Are you willing to be trained?
- How do you handle a crying baby?
- How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
- What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
- How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
- What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?
You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
