My child’s name is Colton he isn’t born yet won’t be here till March 17th so when I do decide to take on a care giver you’d have to feed him and change him.
Me and my husband have 3dogs and 2cats so we’d definitely need someone pet friendly. Would have to let them outside every now and then.

6 year old is in school.
No driving. Come to the house and stay with the kids.
We have 3 acres for playing outside and a play room in the basement.
If you could help with other chores while the kids are asleep, that would be great.
Expected hours 8 am to early afternoon. Days may vary.
First time doing this. Lots to be determined.

A little bit about us
We are a family of 3, our son Greyson is currently 8 months old. I do work from home, however, I need to be on work calls and cannot give him my full attention. We are looking to start a nanny out with 1-2 days a week with the potential to move to 3-4 days starting the middle of next year. We also have a dog, an elderly husky Shepard mix he's very sweet. I work 10 hour days during the week and would be looking to have a nanny there for around 8hrs a day.
We'd be looking for a nanny to feed him his bottles and meals, change him, play with him, work on learning skills and eventually potty training as he grows. Just looking for in-home care and avoiding daycare. Looking to keep this person longterm if both parties are happy.
Our home is by the Tuslaw High School area in Massillon. It's completely fenced in. We would be looking to have a sitter probably around 8 or 9am to around 4 to 5pm. Days are flexible to start with. I work 4 10s and am initially looking for 1-2 days a week but would love to eventually move the nanny to 3 days a week by June of 2025.

During the school year this may include getting my older daughter off the bus. In the summer it may include childcare for the older child as well (pay would reflect that).
The ideal person would obviously be reliable, trustworthy and comfortable with a Goldendoodle.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions. My email is [email hidden].

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Massillon, OH
If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.
What is an Infant Nanny in Massillon, OH
An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.
Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position
Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:
- What is your specific experience with this age group?
- Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Massillon, OH? Are you willing to be trained?
- How do you handle a crying baby?
- How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
- What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
- How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
- What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?
You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
