A little bit about us

We are a small family of three plus one dog. Our son is currently two months old. We're looking for a nanny or nanny share available Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm. Our son was born in January 2023. He is in the NICU currently recovering from the surgery that he had at three weeks old. He may be coming home with supplemental oxygen and/or a feeding tube. We are looking for caretakers that are comfortable caring for a child with these types of needs or are willing to learn how from us. Otherwise he is a happy and healthy baby. My husband and I both work from home and would be available for questions and concerns, but would mostly be out of your way.

A little bit about us

Hi, I need a nanny for my rambunctious 2yr old boy and my newborn baby girl you’ll have to drop my son off at headstart and pick him up. While you’ll just be with baby girl through out the day she’ll be breast fed and all bottles will be made. You’ll have to warm them up and change her out of her night clothes. Everything else is pretty much self explanatory with baby girl that is. I should be home some time after no later than five in the evening. Also I will have cameras in the home along with hand sanitizer and gloves for those baby blow outs. I will leave my car so you can take my son two and from school without a problem. The job will be 2-3wks out of the month it may get cut shorter but you will get your full pay. I’m still unsure my days off right now. If you need certain days off please don’t hesitate to let me know. Typically you’ll work from 6am-4pm sometimes 5pm other days it will be 8am to 4 or 5pm if either of these times aren’t good enough we can work something out.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Marshfield, WI

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Marshfield, WI

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Marshfield, WI? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
