A little bit about us

I have a 9 month old baby girl named Naylee. She is very curious and not a huge napper! So I am just looking for some help 1-2 days a week. I’d prefer her being watched at my home in the beginning but would be open to her being taken to your home. I have a golden Retriever who is a big baby, but 92lbs. I have a fenced in back yard so it’s easy to let him out to play, but he is smart🤦🏽‍♀️… so he will wait to go to the bathroom for as long as you’ll wait, so putting the leash on helps. I also have two cats who would just be here in my
home. Pretty much… Just social time for
my daughter…& a catch up day for
mom.

A little bit about us

I am due in early April with our first baby. We are looking for a nanny in the area that would have the capacity to take care of a newborn. I would need care starting at the end of June, 2020. We are also looking to utilize Depended FSA so would need the nanny to report income on taxes to make it an eligible expense. We are looking for support Monday-Friday from approximately 8:30-5:00 pm.

A little bit about us

My wife and I are looking for a nanny who can help with morning drop off of our two daughters Issa 6 and Etta 4 and also care for our two year old son Theo. He will be attending school next year. After drop off the nanny would care for Theo by helping him with activities and cognitive play. We would also require pick up of our daughters from school at 3:45pm. I would be home from work on most days around 4pm. The proposed hours would be from 7am - 4pm Mon - Fri.
We have two cats and a dog. There would be no expectation of taking care of these animals unless the nanny is comfortable with it.

A little bit about us

I’m Ashley, nice to meet you. My husband and I have a growing family and are looking for a nanny for our 3 year old daughter and the little who’s due in Jan in the spring. Asherah is a curious, artistic, princess and mermaid loving kiddo. I anticipate having lessons prepared for her nanny to work through with her in the areas of reading, math, science and art. We also will have her signed up for activities that her nanny with drive her to, stay with her and bring her home. We would also love for the nanny to support with making lunch for Asherah. Our son is 6, he won't be home most days as he is in school though he will be home on days when school is out. We are hoping to find a nanny who can grow with the kiddos long term. We are looking for a nanny Monday-Friday 8:00-1:00. The hours may change in the Fall as we explore k4 schooling options for her. By then are hoping that the nanny would primarily be supporting with the care of the youngest baby who is currently on the way.

A little bit about us

Hello!

We have a three month old son, Julian, that we are trying to find a nanny for! He is a pretty happy baby and his smart abs fun little personality is now starting to come through. He is currently in daycare; however, we decided we would like a nanny that could give him more one-on-one attention to help him flourish and learn. We both work from home during the day so we will always be around but we would let you dictate Julian’s day. Hours are flexible, but somewhere along the lines of 9-4. Additional duties may be along the lines of light cleaning as you go about the day.

Please let us know if you are interested!

Thank you!

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Milwaukee, WI

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Milwaukee, WI

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Milwaukee, WI? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
