A little bit about us
We're a close-knit family with two wild, wonderful 4-year-old twins in Goose Hollow, and we're looking for someone just as enthusiastic about life as they are. Fair warning: this job involves mud, glitter, and possibly both at the same time.
A typical week is mostly out and about: gymnastics, swim and art classes where you're in the mix cheering and wrangling, plus parks, nature trails and children's museums, all by bus and MAX. You'll need to be very comfortable getting two little ones around town. At home it's screen-free: sensory bins, watercolors, cardboard forts, books and crafts, plus light meal prep and tidying. If you think finger painting is beneath you, this probably isn't the ideal role. 😹
Our twins are rough-and-tumble with big imaginations and even bigger feelings. Right now they're into mermaids, monster trucks, dinosaurs, unicorns and horses, and their love language is pizza + milk. 🍕🥛 We're looking for someone lighthearted but firm (think Mary Poppins 🎠) who can keep up physically, stay calm when things get loud (and they will), and appreciate a really good made-up story about dinosaurs + mermaids. Potty-training experience is a must, since we're working on it.
We have a friendly medium-sized dog at home, so please mention any allergies, but there's no dog care involved. Twin or homeschool experience is a big plus, but a genuine love of this age and energy level matters most, along with a positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment through June 2027. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to get certified, clean background check, strong references, valid driver's license + current proof of auto insurance required. 🌼

What Are Nanny Jobs for Twins?
Nanny jobs for twins are positions with families who have twins, triplets, or other multiples. These roles suit nannies who enjoy a busy, hands-on household and have experience with more than one child of the same age. Your experience with multiples can set you apart.
Types of Nanny Jobs for Twins and Responsibilities
Duties include feeding, naps, play, and outings for more than one child at once, often with a shared routine. Some families have newborn multiples and need help with sleep and feeding, while others have toddlers or school-age children. Check the ages of the children, the hours, and whether there will be a second caregiver.
How to Interview for Nanny Jobs for Twins
Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is a nanny job interview. Here are some questions you should ask:
- How old are the children, and what are their routines?
- Will there be another caregiver or parent at home?
- Do the children share a schedule for naps and feeding?
- Will I be taking them out alone, and what equipment do you have?
- How will pay work for caring for more than one child?
Beyond asking these questions, families will want you to have your nanny references ready and ask any questions to show initiative. The nanny job interview is an excellent opportunity to get aligned on the nanny job expectations. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
