We are looking for a Live-In Nanny. Flat Rate per month.
We have a 7 year old special needs son. He is very sweet, but is severely speech delayed.
Duties of Live In Nanny: (includes private room with own bathroom + WiFi and utilities)
Prepare son for school
Play/Interact with son
Light Housekeeping
Laundry
Privileges:
Kitchen
Utilities
Use of Pool and Hot Tub
Use of arcade games
Our family is pretty self sufficient. I will be home but will not be able to attend to our son's needs during the time.
Important Hours of Work:
Week Days:
6:00 AM-8:30 AM -2.25 hrs or less some days he has therapist coming in the morning.
3:30 PM-3:45 PM - 15 minutes
The rest of the day, down time, use one hour to do light housekeeping or laundry.
Saturdays:
When child wakes up-9:00 AM
Light house keeping
Occasional Saturday nights-stay home with child while he is sleeping.
Sundays: Off
Must speak and understand English.
