Some days may be earlier than others but on average a 9 hour day will needed. Preparation for a nanny interview is key to landing the job. You should be ready to discuss your experience, skills, and approach to child care. Remember, interviews are not only about the family learning more about you but also about you getting to know the family.

A typical nanny interview process usually involves an initial phone screening, followed by one or two in-person interviews.
