A little bit about us
Our little girl is super curious, likes to mimic, loves dancing to music, learning how to use the chalkboard (uhoh!) and focuses on the small details.
We are also looking for someone who is taking social distancing and mask protocols seriously as we are doing the same due to high risk family members so we are only interested if you are doing the same.
I also have two step daughters, 8 and 13, who we have 50% of the time and can take watch after themselves.
We live in Gilbert off of McQueen and Guadalupe.
Thanks!

We are looking for someone reliable
Monday - Thursday: 7am to 4:00/5:00pm (my husband has a floating schedule and will occasionally have one of these days off, but we never know which that will be until the week before). I need a nanny who is available consistently all four days even though care may only be needed for three.
Here's the deal... my youngest two (4 & 5) are very emotionally/mentally fragile from an unimaginably abusive/traumatic childhood with their biological mother. They have a hard time adjusting to change, get in trouble often, and are down right defiant. But... they are beautiful, sweet, cuddly, caring kids that just need someone with a BOAT LOAD OF PATIENCE.
There are cameras in almost every room of the house to aid in keeping them on point. I watch them from work a lot, and the cameras have two-way voice so we can talk back and forth. The kids have a very routine schedule and chore chart. I plan academic activities for the week, and prepare breakfast and lunch. We just need someone that can follow what we have outlined with minimal deviation. This strict adherence is the ONLY thing that keeps the kids sane and functional.
Schedule, chore list, academic planning, and list of expectations for any potential nanny available via PDF prior to interview to be sure you really want the job.
We will also be looking for someone to provide after-school care beginning in July for the 4 and 5 year old only.
