A little bit about us

We recently moved to the small town of Fairfield & are in the process of opening a coffee shop/cafe while continuing to run our construction business. We live on the lot behind our new venture which sits on the main highway passing through town. Great for business, not so great for mischievous toddlers. While my husband jumps around the county between jobsites, I'm at home base attempting to get the café on it's feet.

Riggin, our 2 yr old son has a beautiful, social spirit with a huge heart. This makes him very curious & unafraid in approaching every living thing. Unfortunately, to ensure his safety, I am forced to choose between sticking my son behind a locked gate or spending all my time focused on him. Suffice to say, at my current rate our café won't open until next year.

We are in immediate need of a go-with-the-flow type, able to spend a min. 16 hrs to start, with the expectation of adding hours to the week as we get closer to opening day. What's more, during the first 2 wks of employ, we will require an entire 3 to 4 days/nights spent holding down the fort while we retrieve the rest of our belongings from the Oregon Coast.

With this in mind, it's crucial we find someone dependable & capable of jumping in as an integral part of the team, knowing what it truly means to be a trusted member. Our ideal candidate is tolerant & patient when dealing with two type A personality parents while keeping a structured, consistent routine with an active toddler.

Opportunities for onsite living accommodations, vehicle for work & personal use, cellular phone with data plan, as well as stable employment, with potential for full benefits in the near future will be offered to the right person.

Requirements:
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation to & from our home
• Comfortable with dogs
• Drug Free

Qualified candidates, please respond here or for my quickest response text me at [phone number hidden] so that we may set up a time to meet & chat over lunch.
