A little bit about us

Greetings prospective nanny! We have a wonderful opportunity for a qualified individual to come to our residence for 40-50 hours every week (something between the hours of 8am-6pm M-F is likely to be the desired schedule with wiggle room either way to accommodate your personal needs). We are offering a much better than average salary to the individual whom we select to employ for several reasons including but not limited to: we understand the demand for help in general in our community is persistent so we have no problem paying more for dependable-quality care. That being said our expectations are likewise more lucrative than what your “typical” nanny is going to produce so we took that into account when deciding on a fair price to compensate our would-be nanny. Being mindful that good service isn’t cheap & cheap service isn’t good we’ve adjusted accordingly. The qualified candidate MUST possess at minimum the fallowing- current Infant, Child & Adult CPR certification, 2 years of actual prior experience (if you yourself have had at least 2 children and they are still alive and functioning at normal capacity to this date- this DOES count as actual experience!), must have 3 respectable personal references that can attest to your moral character, must have a valid drivers license, carry full coverage insurance or be eligible to be insured on our personal insurance ie: a good driving record, must be knowledgeable of how to correctly use their safety restraints (car seats) and be up on all rules & laws pertaining, don’t use illegal drugs, alcohol or tobacco products of any kind within 24 hours of scheduled care, be compassionate & timely towards the needs of the babies and understand that a zero abuse & neglect tolerance will be fallowed & prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law if any such thing did occur. We are a law enforcement family and we live next door to another police officer and the judge so this is not the place for rift rath! Keep it classy folks!
