We decided to enroll our son in daycare in Sept, so are helping look for a new family to join our former share. Our nanny has decades of experience, is kind, knowledgeable, consistent, and active. She guided our son in crawling and walking (and now running!), got him onto a consistent nap schedule on her very first day, and has helped turn him into a champion eater during the transition from liquids to solids.
Our co-family in the share have a 14 month old who loves to play and explore. We are all hardworking and driven individuals who value a similar approach to parenting our children - one that fosters independence, discovery and play, and providing a safe, clean home for the share. Parting ways is bittersweet for us, as we have truly loved our nanny and our co-family in the share.
DM with any any all questions. Thanks!
