We are looking for someone who can manage naps, changing diapers, feeding, & play time for approximately 25-30 hours per week so that we can work from home on a separate floor.
We have 1 dog and 1 cat in the home but our dog will be in the office with us and our cat is very gentle, low key, and generally keeps to himself.

Our parents help us but we will need some help for 4 hours a day or so 3-4 days a week.
Our daughter is 5 months old and has no issues so far developmentally.
The days I would likely need help are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
To start we would really only need help taking care of our daughter, taking walks, feeding her and maybe helping out around the house a little to keep it tidy if given the opportunity.
If she starts day care at any point things may adjust.

We have 7 month old girl. We are looking to share a nanny with another family who also has a baby of similar age. Our baby is very energetic (like most other babies) and would be best fit for someone who is active, likes to play and introduce her to different activities/play to stimulater her growth. We have a small (<20lbs), hypoallergenic, very friendly dog and doesn't need much looking after. Our schedules are flexible so, some days we work from home but we will likely need about 40hrs of help weekly. Main responsibilities will be taking care of the baby which will include feeding, keeping the baby clean, baby laundry, clean up after her like her toys/clothes etc. Light housecleaning is a plus but not required. Hope to find the best fit for both the nanny and family soon!
