We have 3 girls. We have a baby at home (she'll be about a year old during summer) but my mom can do most of her child care. We have a five year old who will be in summer camp until about 3pm. We mostly need help with our 3 year old. Hours would be roughly 12-4 or 1-5pm. We would need help sometimes picking the 3 year old up from a camp. It would be great if the person could take the 3 year old out to the playground or swimming pool and other activities.

For the twins, Jack and Ellie, we would need some help with preschool pickup (on occasion), naps and snacks. When they’re awake - they love imaginative play! But with pick up at 12:30 and dad being home around 3 each day, your interaction will not be too extensive with them!
For Charlie, we’re just looking for someone to engage with him and read, cuddle, and play!
We’re prepping to move to Earlysville in the month of December. And will need help from around 8:45am to 3 pm each day.
I work from home and my husband works in Charlottesville. In free time we are looking for help in keeping the kitchen area and living room areas tidy and are always open to help with laundry. 🙃

We would like someone who is vaccinated and smart with their decisions when around others to help try and prevent the possibility of bringing the virus into our home.
I’m still breast feeding so will be taking breaks to do that and play with her when I can. In down time you are welcome to watch our tv/movies/game systems.
During your time with our daughter we would like someone who will play with her as she continues to get more interactive and not just sit her in front of a screen.
We are open to nanny shares and the possibility of less than 5 days a week.
Pay is open to negotiation. We’d like to trial someone for a few months and if all goes we’ll discuss a longer term contact.
We also do have other children who may need supervision if they are ill or have a day off from school.
