We had an awesome nanny to help care for our baby after maternity leave ended until this month. Our nanny is on leave now for personal reasons, not related to working with us. So, we're looking to hire a nanny.
We're looking for a part-time to full-time nanny (ASAP) to come into the home (live-out position -- work shift and leave) and care for a pretty chill baby.
Mom does diaper changes. Mom works from home and baby is breastfed.
Anticipated schedule: Days M-F (7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. -- give or take 30 minutes. This schedule can also change to a later start time in the morning and end time in the afternoon).
We're looking for someone who has a peaceful, calm, and positive spirit. We're looking for a professional and respectful candidate with good communication skills and high work ethics.
The ideal nanny would love to care for a baby and have a lot of patience. We're not looking for a babysitter. We're looking for someone to be a part of our team and cultivate an enriching environment for our growing baby who loves to learn.
Expectations: baby care, cleaning, teaching, and other responsibilities as requested. No smoking or pets.
Please email your resume, list of three references, and proof of certifications to [email hidden]. Put applicant, your name, and nanny lane in the email subject line. Ex. Applicant Neo Baton Nanny Lane.
Hourly rate is your nanny's posted rate on Nanny Lane up to $14.00/hr. Opportunity for bonuses and extra pay.
Daycare, nanny, and previous childcare experience preferred.
No casual use of cell phones allowed during scheduled shift. Full attention needs to be given to the child at all times.

Night and weekend sitting a plus! we would love to have a standing one Saturday a month daytime babysitter, where you could take the kids to do an activity (trampoline park, playground, exploreum, country club pool, etc).
We’re looking for someone to feel like part of the family. Someone trustworthy and kind but also who can enforce boundaries with the kids. We travel a good bit, so someone with flexibility to stay overnight with the kids when we’re out of town is a plus. Eventually, based on comfort level and flexibility, someone willing to travel on family trips or to the beach.
We do have a backyard pool, so it helps if you know how to swim in case it’s necessary. We also have a sweet golden retriever, so hopefully dogs aren’t an issue.
If this sounds interesting to you, please send me a message!
