I’m looking for a reliable, calm, and consistent caregiver to support my son with before and after school routines during the week.
This role is primarily transportation + supervision during transitions, but consistency and punctuality are extremely important due to my work schedule.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
• Morning: 7:30AM – 9:30 AM (M-F)
• Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM (M-Th)
• Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM (Fridays)
(Approx. 24 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
• Morning pick up from home and drop-off to therapy (child will be dressed and prepared)
• Afternoon school pickup from therapy and returned home
• Provide snack and support transition home in afternoon
• Light supervision until handoff
• Maintain a calm, structured environment during transitions and car rides
About My Child:
My son benefits from a calm, predictable environment, especially during transitions and time in the car. I’m looking for someone who is:
• Patient and steady in their energy
• Comfortable with minimal conversation when needed
• Able to follow a consistent routine
Experience with neurodivergent children is a plus, but not required—the right temperament matters most.
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation (your own vehicle)
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Punctual and dependable
• Comfortable following a clear routine and structure
Compensation:
• $21–$24/hour (based on experience and fit)
• Mileage reimbursement provided for transportation to and from therapy (Troy <> W. Bloomfield)

We are seeking for help with morning school preps, drop off and pickups and after school activities on weekdays. Assistance with light housekeeping and running errands. We would require some weekends as availability opens.

We need a positive person who has excellent communications skills to help our family and household to run smoothly. We work full time and our 12 and 14 years are in school. This position supports overall family needs and tasks where we need the help. Must be comfortable with animals. We have two kittens and a puppy who are all 7 months old.
15-20 hours per week days and times can vary during Monday - Friday
Job duties for this role include:
• Provide light housekeeping, such as laundry, tidying up the rooms, children’s rooms, and sometimes preparing meals
• Handling all home related errands and tasks, this varies day to day
• 2-4 times per week transporting one daughter to and from social activities, occasionally picking up girls from their schools, and doctor’s appointments as needed
• Comfortable with Labrador puppy helping her as needed with appointments and care, sometimes feeding, watering checking on her when she is outside
• Handle all laundry, light housekeeping related to the family and home, such as washing clothes, vacumming, around the house pick up and wipe cleaning, and general indoor cleaning duties
