Nanny Needed – Before & After School Support (Driving Required)

I’m looking for a reliable, calm, and consistent caregiver to support my son with before and after school routines during the week.

This role is primarily transportation + supervision during transitions, but consistency and punctuality are extremely important due to my work schedule.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday
• Morning: 7:30AM – 9:30 AM (M-F)
• Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM (M-Th)
• Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM (Fridays)

(Approx. 24 hours/week)

Responsibilities:
• Morning pick up from home and drop-off to therapy (child will be dressed and prepared)
• Afternoon school pickup from therapy and returned home
• Provide snack and support transition home in afternoon
• Light supervision until handoff
• Maintain a calm, structured environment during transitions and car rides

About My Child:
My son benefits from a calm, predictable environment, especially during transitions and time in the car. I’m looking for someone who is:
• Patient and steady in their energy
• Comfortable with minimal conversation when needed
• Able to follow a consistent routine

Experience with neurodivergent children is a plus, but not required—the right temperament matters most.

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation (your own vehicle)
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Punctual and dependable
• Comfortable following a clear routine and structure

Compensation:
• $21–$24/hour (based on experience and fit)
• Mileage reimbursement provided for transportation to and from therapy (Troy <> W. Bloomfield)

Additional Notes:
This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, structure, and a calm environment. I’m looking for someone I can trust to be reliable and aligned with our routine.
