A little bit about us
We have two energetic boys, ages 4 and 1. Our 4-year-old attends school part-time, four days a week. We also have a friendly golden retriever who is part of the family.
Mom is very hands-on, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working side-by-side with me as a true partner. Our boys are full of energy, so our nanny will need to happily keep up with them.
Dad travels frequently for work.
We would like the nanny to join us on occasional family trips. Personal travel is also a possibility.
Schedule
Approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility. When my husband travels, we ask our nanny to stay until 7:30 PM for bath and bedtime. We occasionally need evening or weekend hours, always planned in advance. We share the weekly schedule the week before.
Responsibilities
• Full childcare for both boys
• Meal prep and feeding
• Daily tidying and cleaning up toys
• Family laundry
• Pet care and occasional dog sitting
• Coordinating activities and outings
• Driving to and from school and activities
• Keeping kids’ areas stocked and organized
• Keeping our home organized
• Occasional date night and travel support
What We’re Looking For
• Loving, caring, and nurturing — this matters most to us
• Minimum 3+ years of professional nanny experience
• Comfortable working closely with a hands-on parent
• Pet-friendly
• Valid driver’s license (nanny car provided)
• Flexible, dependable, and highly organized
Above all, we hope to find someone warm, kind, and dedicated — a caring partner who will love our boys and feel at home with our family.
