Would be willing to split this between two people.
My husband is a Dr and I am a nurse. We are in the process of opening Med Spas. Our lives are super busy, so we are looking for someone who is extremely dependable and takes initiative. We are pretty laid back and love to travel. Would not be opposed to live in option

When we are traveling, you would be required to run carpool and/or take the kids to their activities. Much of the travel would be weekends, so that would likely be minimal. We would appreciate light housekeeping and simple meal preparation for the kiddos.
We would be paying a FLAT RATE for services that include overnight nannying.

No housework is requested but the clearing of dishes from the table after mealtimes. No driving around would be required, except in the event of an emergency.
We're very flexible on hours and pay, but would like to have consistency since one of us has to take off of work when our sitter is out.
We prefer a gentle (not permissive) parenting approach, compassionate but firm, that allows our daughter as much choice and respect as possible within the bounds of safety, health, and good hygiene.
