We have older children as well, but they likely wouldn’t be home during the work time frame or would require very minimal interaction as they’re teenagers in school during the day.

I just need someone to entertain and care for the littles while I work from home part time. Light housekeeping and cooking would be required, only to feed the kids and clean up after any messes made during the workday.
