My experience caring for children started at a young age. As the oldest of three kids, I always took responsibility for looking after my younger brother and sister as well as my younger cousins. I believe that's where my maternal instincts really started. At age 15 I was a summer camp counselor for 4-year-old girls and I loved every second. I looked forward to doing that every summer.
