A little bit about us
Most notably, our oldest son (11 years old) has significant developmental delays and is on the autism spectrum. He is non-verbal. We will need someone that is comfortable caring for him and working with him.
Additionally, we have two babies (3 months and 14 months old) that will also need to be cared for so whomever we hire will also need to be comfortable with babies.
We are not opposed to hiring a pair of nannies to work with us in the event that is needed.
