We are seeking a compassionate and reliable nanny/family assistant to provide support and care for a single mom and her two boys, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. The nanny/family assistant will be responsible for ensuring the children's safety, well-being, and engagement in daily activities. In addition to childcare, light housework duties will be required to maintain a clean and organized home environment. The candidate must have their own vehicle for transportation needs. It is also essential for the nanny/family assistant to be comfortable around and have a love for animals, as we have a dog as part of our family. The ideal candidate should be patient, understanding, and have experience working with children with special needs. Supporting the single mom in managing household tasks and providing occasional assistance with errands may also be required. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of a wonderful family while gaining valuable experience in a nurturing environment.

My husband and I are surgeons we have crazy schedules so we will be looking for someone that can accommodate that. We have twins 3 year old girls and a 1 year old boy with autism. We are communicating with our 1 year old by using ASL so that is an absolute must to know and understand. We are also talking and teaching our kids French so it is not an absolute must to know or understand but it would be nice. We will need help at all hours of the day but Sunday when both me and my husband are off. Our schedule will change daily so we will need a fleible nanny. We need someone that's able to drive, run errands, cook, and occasionally clean and do laundry. We hope to communicate in a family meeting at least once a week to go over the schedule, meal plan, activities, and things like that. We are also vegetarian all the time and vegan most of the time with the occasional not completely vegan meal.

My husband works from home and i will be on maternity leave through October.
