I'm a single mother looking for an occasional sitter after school for my 8 year old. She's a sweet and funny girl who loves 1 on 1 interaction with her caregiver. She is on the autism spectrum and is verbal and very sweet. Monday -Friday she has ABA after school, occasionally one of her sessions a week gets cancelled and I would need someone to watch her after school from about 3:30-5:20. After school care Tues & Thrs, and day shift Friday - Sunday. Our daughter is special needs, disabled, non-verbal, and gtube fed (you will get trained . Light housekeeping is expected. I'm (mom) usually working in our home office or a local coffee shop, or running errands. My daughter has gross motor skill delays so lifting her safely is frequent. Watching while eat or drink for gagging or stuffing (minor) plus a g-tube & pre-measured medicines. Not potty trained yet, and help with stairs. 10 yr old brother may join when home for a slight pay increase. can work holidays/no school days full-time/more hours too!

Need help in OP. My son is 12 and is on the spectrum. But the sweetest easiest guy ever. Does most everything himself. Doesnt require any special treatment. Doesnt speak, but understands everything very well. Follows directions perfectly. Just wait to meet him, everyone loves him! Ideally I can pay $120to150 a week for the school weeks. 2 hours a day for next to no work. I will have everything prepared in advance. And can negotiate for the spring break possibly summer.
Just need help in afternoon getting off bus and hanging out with for a little over an hour M-F during school. Or can pick up. Also require full days off school during the week.

We have two children, Royce (3 years) and Asher (6 months). Asher is a very content baby, but loves to be held. Royce is autistic and attends school in the mornings and in home therapy in the afternoons, so you won’t have him on your own much. Days and hours will vary weekly, but will mostly be Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. Their dad works out of town, but is typically home one week a month, so you will have less hours that week and you will typically know at least a week or two in advance which week it will be. Occasional pick up and drop off for Royce’s school. Light housekeeping required (cleaning and picking up after yourself and the kids, laundry if they have accidents, loading dishwasher as you go and starting once full, cooking for the kids.)
