Meet my kids they are 5, 2, and 5 months. My 2 oldest are crazy active boys they love dinosaurs, space, and running around. My oldest is high functioning autistic and can have some heavy meltdowns. All my kids have a celiac so they will need to be fed a specific diet. We love to be active when the weather is good and enjoy the park, pool, and just being outside. We will need a nanny 2-4 days a week for 8 hours a day some days will start at 6am and would require you to take my 5 year old to school and pick him up, feed all 3 kids, and get them ready. Some days you will only need to pick him up and be here till 10pm in which they will need a bath and be put to bed. I'm looking for someone who can keep up with them feed them and do some light house work mostly just cleaning up after you feed them. I also have a dog so you would need to be okay with dogs and assist with my oldest feeding her and taking her out.
We are a big loving family and we just want someone who can handle our family and be great to our kids. We are just starting this new journey of mommy not being home and so this is a big change for all 3 and so we want to find someone who can come in and make themselves like family to our kids.

First, dont look at the hourly rate. We had to put something. Hi, we are a family with a lifestyle that is not in the norm. My husband is a medical provider and I am a flight attendant. We are looking for a live in nanny to care for our two kids who are 5 and 6. Our schedules are unconventional but we typically know them 30 days in advance. Due to the type of careers we have, we do work nights, weekends and holidays. My job takes me away for a few days at a time.
Duties include working with the kids with their school work, appointments, some meal prep etc,. We also want someone who can adhere to their schedule and willing to spend time with them doing activities whether they are outdoor, games or otherwise. Sensory seeking smart, creative, energetic boy needs help with reading/phonics and handwriting skills, lots of exercise, and hopefully someone that can incorporate at home OT/PT into the day. Just 2 days a week, very flexible as we are lucky enough to have retired grandparents nearby. Just want to make sure he’s getting lots of time outside and some good practice with his schoolwork over the summer. Having someone take him to karate or other activities (depending on the day) would be a bonus, but not required. We have tons of indoor/outdoor activities at home, and a small park within walking distance. Kid is super well behaved, sweet, respectful, very talkative but really struggles staying on task. No housework expected, just tidy up after the day’s activities and make yourselves a quick lunch/snack. OT/PT is pretty simple, we have tons of tools and flash cards available. Mostly just coordination/core strength building. Think of games that involve movement while throwing/kicking a ball or yoga moves. Combine all of those together in a scavenger hunt or obstacle course with some phonics words/educational activity and we’re on a roll! Position would be for over summer break.
