We have pets but their care is part of us and my son’s morning responsibilities.

am looking for a reliable and committed nanny who can help me in the mornings Mon-Fri to get my lovable 14-year-old son ready for school [phone number hidden]). The nanny can not have other morning commitments that would prevent them from starting on time. The ideal candidate should have a heart for caring for people with disabilities and a dedication to working with them. Other attributes include: caring, loving, patient, consistent, fun, agile, open to training with our behavior specialist, persistent, and personable. The job requires coming to the home in the mornings and taking over the morning routine which includes making breakfast, lunch for school, helping my son with his morning needs and dropping him off to school. The rest of the day is flexible and the nanny can perhaps work with another family during the school day until 3 when I would like for the nanny to pick my son up in the afternoons from school, bring him home and help him get settled in. Afternoons would be 3-5/5:30. Summer plans TBD. Our home is pet and smoke free.

The job site will be our home in Pasadena, MD Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional weekends for date night/day.


Basic Qualifications: We're looking for someone who is CPR/First Aid certified, fully vaccinated (plus booster) for COVID-19, is okay with meal prep, light housekeeping, and own their own car.


Desired Qualifications: Our ideal candidate has experience caring for multiple children, is familiar with developmentally appropriate activities for babies and toddlers, can plan engaging activities, willing to take children outside regularly, and comfortable with sleep training principles (wake windows etc).
