Our family is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Assistant to join our team. We are a busy, adventure-loving household with two wonderful boys at the heart of our home—ages 1 and 9 —along with our sweet senior dog, Gretchen Marie. We take pride in creating a warm, supportive environment and are eager to find a professional who will enjoy growing with us.
Our 9 year old, is a bright non-verbal autistic child who receives in-home ABA therapy. We are seeking a motivated, reliable individual who is truly "special needs accepting" and eager to support his growth.
The Role:
* Hours: Typically 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential for full-day care during school breaks for one or both boys.
* Transportation: Safe school pick-up and driving to therapy sessions (requires a personal vehicle and clean driving record).
* Household Support: While William is in his therapy sessions, we will count on you to help keep our home running smoothly by folding laundry, loading the dishwasher, and tidying the boys' spaces. Please note that no heavy cleaning is expected, as we have a professional cleaning crew that visits weekly
* Communication: We value punctuality and clear, honest communication to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive rate of $20–$25 per hour, which we scale based on your experience, the scope of household tasks, and the number of children in your care. Our family is committed to a supportive partnership, so we provide a flexible benefits package with guaranteed hours that includes holiday pay.
