A little bit about us

Looking for a flexible person. 2 kids a 6 year old daughter 8 year old son. My daughter is a sassy pants and loves snuggles. We live in Albany and would prefer you come here. If you would like to know more, meet us and our kids let us know. 🙂 I work in Corvallis. I work Tuesday through Friday and I would need someone here by 7:00 a.m. to about 4:00 p.m. My oldest daughter is currently helping out but she has a chronic illness which has been draining her more easily lately. So I would like to have somebody to help out a couple days a week to help relieve some of that burden . My son has Autism and can be a bit much for some people. He is loud he likes to scream, if you're outside he likes to run from you and sometimes away from you, but he thinks it's a game when it's not a game. He also has no understanding of feelings very well or danger so needing somebody to understand that and be able to convey all of this and be stern about it but in a gentle way. We are on a tighter income as of late so we couldn't pay more than $15 per hour so if you need more than that please keep looking I'm sorry.

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a house sitter who can assist with pet feeding, cleaning, running errands, and other tasks. I also have a flexible job opportunity available that requires no prior experience, and I am willing to offer a competitive weekly salary.

I need someone who is flexible, a self-starter, and capable of solving problems independently. It’s important that the person is organized and detail-oriented.

If you’re interested, please message [phone number hidden], as I am offering great pay. I look forward to hearing from you!

How to Find a Special Needs Nanny Job in Oregon

Start by creating your profile so that families can quickly learn about you. Once your profile highlights your skills and personality, you can message families to find the right nanny job for you.

What is a Special Needs Nanny Job in Oregon

A special needs nanny focuses on caring for children with special needs. You’ll be responsible for creating individualized care and activities that combine both consistency and stimulation. The family you’re caring for will have schedules and preferences to share with you to ensure that their child receives the best care possible.

Preparing for a Special Needs Nanny Job Interview in Oregon

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is a special needs nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this diagnosis?
  • Can you tell us about your experiences with children with special needs?
  • Do you have any Oregon special training?
  • What would you do if an emergency arises?
  • How strictly do you usually follow a schedule with children with special needs?

At this stage, you should come prepared with references from past special needs nanny jobs. It is a great opportunity to see how you fit in with the family and ask any questions about the responsibilities or compensation. To ensure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities; we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract.
