A little bit about us

Looking for care for our special needs little one. He is technically 15, but he is age equivalent to a toddler, size equivalent to an 8 year old. Very sweet and loving, no special skills required.
Requirements:

help get him ready for school, get dressed, teeth brushed, then drop off at school -2 miles from home. School time is 07:45 M-F.

Pick him up at 3:00. Assist in afternoon care until 7:00p. example of a typical day would be: take him by McDonald's for French fries and a strawberry slushy, take him home, possibly assist in changing his outfit, let him chill out and rest, and just generally keep him out of too much mischief.

Hands on time is about 5 hours daily. We need a full time dedicated caregiver, so we are willing to pay 8 hours daily for 5 hours hands on (assuming 'on call' for those 3 hours), the stipulation would be if he needed to be checked out of school early on occasion.

School holidays would be 10:00a-6:00p at our home.

40 hours per week, consistently.
