A little bit about us

Currently work nights on a 7 on, 7 off schedule 5pm-5am and would need a nanny for my 3 boys during the evening/night time while I am at work. The nights I work are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday then going on my 7 days off that Thursday morning. My job does require overtime so additional days may be required of nanny if possible.
My boys are 8, 9, & 10 years old. All 3 of my boys are autistic but manage daily activities on their own just fine. My oldest was diagnosed 34% autistic and my youngest 32% but you would not be able to tell unless they are stimming. My middle son did not have an autistic test done due to his mom not wanting to get him tested. My boys go to Barberhills school and really not a handful once you get to know them. My oldest is a candy fanatic so his sugar intake is limited, my youngest do not eat any type of cakes, pies, donuts or any baked goods besides cookies. He also enjoys gummy candy as do my other 2 boys. My middle son is the eater and do not order off the children’s menu. He’s willing to try a food but my other 2 are picky eaters.
Please note that I am looking for someone who’s interested in a long term position. I would possible need a nanny until my middle son turns 13 years old or my oldest turns 13 years old based on the behavior of my oldest since he is more autistic than his brothers.

A little bit about us

I'm looking to get a rough estimate for when I do go back to working 7-12's as a fire-watch in February. Right now it's turn around season so it'll be 7-12's but after turn around season it'll be 10 hour shifts. I'll be able to pay weekly but I can't afford an arm and a leg on top of living expenses. Please understand that.

**EDIT 12/26/23
*BTW- if you feel the need to send a rude and hateful message like someone already has, then you definitely aren't someone I want my child around!!!
-Thank you.

Thank you.
