A little bit about us
The oldest girl is homeschooled via the school district so she needs help and redirection as any 12 year old would
The youngest is home schooled as well via online and is in first grade. So observation and checking in to see if she is on task is needed
The two also have random activities that they are scheduled for on days as well
While the kids are online for school we would love if the nanny was able to do some light house cleaning just to keep things tidy
We ideally are looking for a live in nanny/ house manager kind of person but live in isn’t absolutely necessary.
One parent run a successful company. while the other is a Nurse who works full time. We live a pretty fast paced life and can wait to find the person support person for us

We won’t sugar coat it - it’s a lot of work and not a job for the faint of heart! Our kids are energetic and on the go - some of them have some special needs, but we are willing and able to train you on specific ways of engaging with them.
We expect some light housekeeping and meal prep, keeping in mind that both parents will be around to help.
Thanks!

The Role
We are a busy, professional household looking for a long-term partner to help our three incredible children (ages 4,6, and 9) navigate their therapy schedules and afternoon activities. The kids are high-energy and thrive in an environment with high structure. You aren't just a sitter; you are the creative director of their afternoons and the anchor for our household flow.
Primary Responsibilities
*Transporting the kids to and from ABA therapy.
*Helping them decompress after therapy using our professional-grade basement OT gym, large backyard, curated activity kits, and access to local venues.
*Preparing meals, maintaining a tidy living area, and keeping activity supplies organized.
*Flexibility: We need someone who can "pivot" when a therapist cancels last minute.
Our Ideal Candidate
* You can engage and lead children through a routine. You know how to invite play and engagement.
*You naturally tidy as you go.
*Stable & Settled: We have had wonderful nannies who moved on for school or marriage; we are now specifically seeking someone looking for a long-term (1+ year) part-time commitment.
*Prior experience with neurodivergent children (Autism, ADHD, OCD) is highly preferred.
The Perks
High-Resource Environment: You will have access to a full OT gym, a backyard playground, and pre-paid passes to Thanksgiving Point, the Aquarium, and the Zoo.
We subscribe to multiple educational boxes (Little Passports, Highlights, etc.), so you always have fresh activities at your fingertips.
We have two house rules and one of them is that we respect our nannies. Your expertise is valued!

A little bit about us
My son is on the spectrum and with his special attention and abilities - he will need guidance, help with his daily tasks, misdirection when he’s hyper focused on something, but most of all lots of patience and love from you. Something’s can be repetitive, sometimes nonverbal. Just remember he has a “awesome” superpower, he perceives things differently than the average. Everyone learns at their own pace and no one is perfect.
We have been teaching him table manners and socializing manners, boundaries and responsibilities, understanding people’s emotions and some homeschooling once a day. He enjoys reading, art (paint and crafts), learning American Sign Language, playing with his new puppy, playing outside or with toys and listening to music, swimming, finding bugs.. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to ask. :) thanks for taking the time to read. I hope you have a great day!!
