Our family is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Assistant to join our team. We are a busy, adventure-loving household with two wonderful boys at the heart of our home—ages 1 and 9 —along with our sweet senior dog, Gretchen Marie. We take pride in creating a warm, supportive environment and are eager to find a professional who will enjoy growing with us.
Our 9 year old, is a bright non-verbal autistic child who receives in-home ABA therapy. We are seeking a motivated, reliable individual who is truly "special needs accepting" and eager to support his growth.
The Role:
* Hours: Typically Monday – Friday (open to discussing specific weekdays if you have partial availability), with potential for full-day care during school breaks for one or both boys.
* Transportation: Safe school drop off
* Household Support: after the kids are dropped off if you are open to extra hours then help with dishes, laundry and picking up would be great!
* Communication: We value punctuality and clear, honest communication to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive rate of $25+per hour, which we scale based on your experience, the scope of household tasks, and the number of children in your care. Our family is committed to a supportive partnership, so we provide a flexible benefits package with guaranteed hours that includes holiday pay.
