I'm a semi-retired married kindergarten teacher with 3 older kids and the last child is a high school-er!
At home, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and helping my group stay organized so they can go to work and attend their college classes.
I know every family is different and everyone needs a little support at times!

A little bit about me
I have worked with Downs Syndrome children and adults on a volunteer basis. As an artist I have always been able to utilize my creativity into a form of expression for the child.
I was a catechist at Saint Peter and PAUL Catholic Church in Naperville Illinois teaching second grade, helping the children receive their first telecom and reconciliation.
My finest experience was that of being a stepmother to three wonderful young people and most recently a proud mother of a 19-year-old son who was in school wanting to study medicine.
I believe in compassion, but strength in showing the child the right direction and letting them make the decisions, but guiding them between right and wrong. Art and literature world experiences, and the exploration of our world are my passions.
