A little bit about me
Hello my name is Annabelle! I am an 18 year old senior preparing to graduate high school. Currently until I finish high school, I am available part time but when summer rolls around I can work full time and would love the opportunity! I do however have a very flexible schedule as I get out of school at 11 each day. I am a twin in a family of six children with three younger siblings all ranging from ages 8 to 20! I have numerous years with babysitting experience and last year I worked for Pikes Peak Athletics as a swim instructor. I taught group lessons, private lessons and swim camps all to children from 1 to 12. I will be attending Pepperdine University in Malibu California next year to pursue my education in marketing and communications next year! Thank you and cannot wait to hopefully meet you!

A little bit about me
I’m an 18 year old looking to become a nanny/sitter. I just recently graduated high school so I’m able to be full time during this summer but when I start school in the fall it’ll have to be part time evenings. I have 3 years of unpaid experience, watching my nephew from the newborn stage all the way to the terrible twos. I also watch multiple children ranging from newborn-6 years old at my church. I’m not too far off from those prime kid ages (7-10), and im definitely not far off from those tween ages either so I know what it’s like! I’m not CPR and first aid certified but am willing to become certified, it is pretty pricey here for a class so I’m waiting until I have an extra $100 saved! I hope to nanny to save up for a car (i do have reliable transportation), and to get some good childcare experience. I’ve always loved children and they always seem to gravitate towards me, I hope to make your kiddos happy and can’t wait to have fun with them!

A little bit about me
Hi I'm Misha! I am 19 years old and home for the summer. I started off babysitting here and there for my moms coworkers when I was 15. Throughout the past three years I have consistently babysat for a bible study group. I would babysit 1-8 kids for two hours every week. Out side of that I would babysit for those families whenever they needed. There was a range from infants to 12 year old's, so I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge with a lot of age groups.

How to Hire a Summer Nanny in Colorado Springs, CO

What Is a Summer Nanny?
A summer nanny is a nanny who works during the school break, for the full summer or for part of it. Summer nannies are often teachers, college students, or experienced nannies who prefer seasonal work, so families can find help when school-age children are home during the day.
Common Responsibilities of Summer Nannies in Colorado Springs, CO
Summer days are less structured than the school year. A summer nanny plans activities such as park visits, swimming, crafts, and day trips, prepares meals and snacks, and may take children to camps or classes. For younger children, they keep up the usual nap and mealtime routines.
What to Consider Before You Hire
Start your search early, since good summer nannies are booked quickly. Decide your start and end dates, your weekly hours, and whether you need flexibility around camps, vacations, or travel. Be clear about transportation, and about whether you need the nanny to drive. If your dates might change, say so up front.
Summer Nanny Interview Questions
Once you find a promising candidate, invite them for an interview to see if they would be a great fit for your family. Here are some questions you can ask:
- Which dates are you available this summer?
- Are you able to adjust if our dates or hours change?
- What activities would you plan for the children during the day?
- Are you comfortable driving, including to camps and activities?
- Do you have experience with children of our children's ages?
At this stage, request their references and ask their references some questions. After preparing the job offer or contract, we recommend that you run a background check before the start date.
